Notice of Change in Clinic Hours (Effective May 1)
Starting May 1, 2024, our clinic will reduce its operating hours by 30 minutes. Accordingly, the reception closing time will be shortened by 30 minutes and will end at 5:30 PM. Patients requiring fundus examinations and new patients are kindly asked to arrive by 5:00 PM whenever possible.
For Patients with Ophthalmology Appointments
Ophthalmology appointments will now implement a timed reservation system exclusively for returning patients. However, since available slots are limited, if you are unable to secure a reservation, please come directly to the clinic and you will be seen in order of arrival.
Visual field tests, orthoptist services, eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions, surgeries, and procedures will continue to require timed reservations as before.
Please be aware that waiting times may become longer depending on congestion. The Monday mornings and Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday afternoons tend to have comparatively shorter wait times.
For first-time patients seeking consultations for procedures such as ptosis surgery or chalazion removal, we have established a special “Surgical Consultation” slot. Please make your reservation under this category.
Additionally, cosmetic consultations such as milium cyst removal should be booked under “Cosmetic Dermatology Counseling” rather than ophthalmology.

Extensive Experience in Eyelid Treatments
Our clinic has extensive experience in treating eyelid conditions such as ptosis and entropion. Our physician, who has trained at university hospitals and studied in the United States, has practical experience in various eye surgeries and is responsible for surgeries for ptosis, double eyelid formation, and treatments for entropion.
Cosmetic Dermatology Services
We also offer cosmetic dermatology treatments in response to requests from patients whose appearance has improved through eye treatments and who wish to have wrinkles and dark spots removed. In addition to treating wrinkles and dark spots, we provide services such as wart removal and medical hair removal.
Convenient Access: 5-Minute Walk from the Station
Our clinic is located in Motomachi Union, a convenient 5-minute walk from JR Ishikawacho Station and also a 5-minute walk from Motomachi-Chukagai Station on the Minatomirai Line.
DOCTOR
I am honored to have the opportunity to open a clinic in Naka Ward, Yokohama, where I was born and raised. After working at a university hospital and studying abroad, I became the director of the ophthalmology clinic in front of Oppama Station, Yokosuka City, in 2016, where I performed numerous surgeries including same-day cataract surgery and ptosis surgery. I found great fulfillment in being closely involved in community healthcare as a director, and developed a strong desire to contribute to my hometown. We aim to be a friendly clinic where patients can feel comfortable consulting us about even the smallest concerns. We are committed to providing treatment that supports patients facing anxiety and challenges related to their conditions.
